At NoCo Apothecary, we prioritize natural and organic ingredients to ensure the best quality for our customers. However, safety and effectiveness are equally important, which is why we use carefully selected, skin-safe preservatives to maintain product integrity. 

Do you test on animals?
No, we do not test on animals. Our products are tested for safety and efficacy using an incubator system to ensure high standards. Additionally, I personally test every product on myself before sharing them with family and friends. For animal-specific products like our Dog Snout Balm, all ingredients are thoroughly researched to ensure they are safe and beneficial for pets. 

What makes your honey infusions special?
All our honey is raw, unfiltered, and packed with nutrients to preserve its natural benefits. We focus on unique, medicinal blends such as Turmeric Honey and Chaga Honey, which combine raw honey with botanicals to support health and wellness. 

Can I order honey from outside Colorado?
Currently, our honey is sold under Colorado Cottage Food Law, which restricts us from shipping honey orders out of state. However, if you’re visiting Colorado, you can pick up your order at one of our markets or arrange for local pickup. We are in the process of implementing a pickup option where customers will receive the pickup address after placing an order.

What skin types are your products suitable for?
Our skincare products are designed to be gentle and effective for a wide range of skin types. 

How should I store your skincare products?
Store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality and shelf life. 

Are your products safe for children?
While our products are formulated with natural ingredients, they are not marketed specifically for children. Parents should use their discretion when choosing products for their family.

What is the Dog Snout Balm used for?
Our Dog Snout Balm is designed to soothe and protect your dog's dry or cracked nose and paw pads.

Is your Dog Snout Balm safe if my pet licks it?
Yes, our balm is made with pet-safe, natural ingredients and is non-toxic.
