Here at NoCo Apothecary, we've combined our local Northern Colorado honey with spicy red pepper to create our Hot Honey. Our honey is delicately infused in small batches with dried red peppers, adding a fiery kick that enhances both your pantry and your plate. We never heat our honey above 104 degrees, ensuring that the original nutrition of our local honey remains intact.
